Dining Experience
Do you take reservations?
We primarily operate on a first-come, first-served basis. However, for groups of 10 or more, you can email whiskeystarbreck@gmail.com. Same-day large parties are welcome as walk-ins.
Do you have outdoor seating?
Yes! We have both a front patio and a back deck patio with mountain views.
Is your restaurant good for large groups?
Yes! We have a large space and can accommodate groups, events, and private parties.
How busy do you get?
We can get busy during peak après-ski and dinner hours. Arriving around 4 p.m. or after 8 p.m. is usually a safe bet for little to no wait. However, we are a large establishment, and wait times are typically no longer than 20 minutes.
Are you family-friendly?
Yes! We are family-friendly, and kids are welcome with their parents after 9 p.m.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes, dogs are allowed on both of our patios.
Do you smoke the meat on-site?
Yes! We smoke our meats daily using post oak wood.
Do you make all your sides in-house?
Yes! All of our food is created by our chef and prepped and made in-house.

Yes, guests can order brisket and other smoked meats by the half-pound or full pound.
